Japanese digital graphic artist, SHU, worked as a graphic artist for an entertainment software company before opening his own graphic art studio. MGL has just partnered with London based design group A.k.A. A.k.A’s work has been featured across the globe for major companies like Dreamworks, Pepsi, Random House, Ford, Avia, Mazda, Future, TIME, Phillip Morris, Bacardi and many others.

Their designs are created using a mix of bespoke photography, 3D modelling, Photochopping, traditional airbrushing, pencil renderings, vector work and pen & ink. This unique & eclectic style makes A.k.A stand out from the crowd with their eye catching imagery.

MGL are pleased to announce the signing of new artist Pip Shuckburgh. After graduating from Art College, Pip embarked on a fruitful career within illustration and commercial art, landing her first complete book to illustrate at the age of 21. Pip has had wide success working largely with watercolour and gouache, illustrating books for numerous well known publishers.

Pip lives in the village of Bampton, the home of UK TV program Downton Abbey, and has gained a widespread reputation for her idyllic paintings of the local landmarks. Her work is now available for homeware, gift, textile licenses and more.

Peter Adderley

Peter Adderley recently submitted a new collection of English seaside inspired paintings to add to his popular portfolio. Originating from England’s rural county of North Staffordshire, Peter Adderley began his career as a freelance artist and card designer. In 2004 his outstanding talent won him a place in the final of the DeMontfort New Artist Competition. This took his status as a professional artist onto a whole new level.

Peter’s artwork can already be found on a range of licensed products including canvases, homeware and greeting cards. We are actively looking for partners to add to his existing product ranges.

Albert Lorenz


The work of Albert Lorenz is recognized for its unique style and extraordinary detail. Born in 1941 and raised in New York City, Lorenz studied Architecture before moving on to a prolific illustration career.

Over the years, Albert Lorenz has produced a wide spectrum of art including illustrations for advertising, newspapers, magazines, editorials, children’s books and book covers. Lorenz gradually evolved his singular style by combining his knowledge of architecture with his imagination as an artist.

Albert’s collection of artwork features a mixture of educational subjects, history and myth. It is perfect for posters, jigsaws, calendars and more.
